Royal Ascot and Lavazza: sharing the same values

It is with pride that Lavazza stands as the Official Coffee of Ascot and Royal Ascot for the eight year in a row. On 14th of June 2022, as the gates of the prestigious Ascot Racecourse were waiting to be opened, Lavazza baristas were getting ready to brew and serve our authentic Italian coffee  throughout the following busy five days.

Lavazza kept racegoers fuelled with a wide menu of coffee experiences, from the classic espresso shot to the fashionable Espresso Martini , while they were enjoying this unique event in the British summer calendar in a place like nowhere else.

The Ascot Racecourse was founded in 1711 by Queen Anne, who intended to create an outstanding horseracing venue for her horseback ridings out of neighbouring Windsor Castle.

Covering 179 acres, apart from organising over twenty race days per year, Ascot Racecourse nowadays hosts movie productions and TV filming, exhibitions, conferences, weddings and other events.

The partnership between Ascot and Lavazza is based on a mutual passion for excellence and exquisite experiences. In fact, in the last eight years it has provided the chance to create a perfect blend between authentic Italian taste and the quintessentially British culture, offering memorable moments for all Ascot enthusiasts.
