Our Espresso Lemonade Spritz is ideal for a warm day in the sun or your next summer party. Enjoy this refreshing iced coffee with delicate notes of sweet lemon. And don’t skip on the cold foam, the smooth texture is the perfect complement to the effervescent spritz!

Ingredients:
For the Cold Foam:
1 pump lemon syrup
4oz nonfat milk
For the Spritz:
3 pumps lemon syrup (we recommend Monin)
1 double shot of hot espresso (we suggest making this with Lavazza Espresso)
Sparkling Water, to taste
Dried lemon slide, optional for garnish
Ice
Equipment:
Blender or milk frother
Glass (ideally 12oz)
Straw
Procedure:
Make the Cold Foam:
Fill the blender or milk frother with the milk and 1 pump of lemon syrup.
Blend at high speed for at least 1.5 minutes. Set aside.
Make the Spritz:
Fill the glass with ice.
Add 3 pumps of lemon syrup over the ice.
Pour the coffee over the syrup and ice.
Fill the remainder of the glass with sparkling water, leaving room (roughly 1 inch) at top for the cold foam.
Top with the cold foam, add lemon garnish and straw, and enjoy!
Make it Spiked!
Add 1-1.5 oz. of vodka after the coffee and stir, then add the sparkling water and cold foam as desired.
Variations
Prefer your spritz with cold brew? Replace the espresso with 1oz of cold brew concentrate and enjoy!
