The Classy Espresso Martini
Go from at-home barista to kitchen-counter bartender. Enjoy the versatility of the Lavazza Classy Plus and Mini Machines and indulge in a delightful Espresso Martini, brewed with your favorite Expert Capsules.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Espresso (1 Expert Capsule Brewed on Lungo)
30ml Vodka
20ml Frangelico
Ice cubes
Optional Espresso Beans or Grounds for Garnish
EQUIPMENT
Lavazza Classy Plus or Classy Mini
Martini Glass
Cocktail Shaker with built in strainer
PROCEDURE
STEP 1
Fill a Martini glass and a cocktail shaker with ice cubes to chill.
STEP 2
Drain water from the shaker, add the spirits and a freshly brewed espresso from the Expert Capsule in the Classy Plus or Classy Mini (brewed on the Lungo button for 50ml).
STEP 3
Shake vigorously.
STEP 4
Remove ice from the Martini glass and pour the cocktail through the strainer into the glass.
STEP 5
Optional: Garnish with your choice of coffee beans or grounds*
