Treat yourself to a delicious moment with this delicately sweet recipe. The subtle flavors of honey and vanilla are accentuated by a sprinkle of salt, bringing out the ingredients’ floral notes. Ingredients:

1-2 tsp Honey
1-2 tsp Salt, or more to taste
1 Serving Freshly Brewed Coffee (we recommend Costiera)
2 Tbsp/1 fl. oz. Vanilla syrup
1 Ladyfinger (optional, for accompaniment)

Equipment:

Heatproof Glass
2 Small Dishes or Shallow Bowls

Procedure:

Pour the honey into one of the small dishes or bowls, and put the salt in the other.
Dip the rim of the cup into the honey and follow with the salt.
Pour the vanilla syrup into the glass.
Pour the coffee directly over the syrup (giving a gentle stir if needed).
Place the ladyfinger on the edge of the glass, and enjoy!
