Chemex

Play video A Lavazza trainer enters the scene, takes some coffee beans and grinds them with a manual coffee grinder. Then, they take a Chemex, rinse it with a little hot water, insert a paper filter in it and add the ground coffee. They pour the hot water in a circular fashion, allowing the coffee to brew slowly. Finally, they pour the freshly made coffee into a mug.
