4 oz Lavazza Cold Brew Lavazza Classic Cold Brew 1 oz Pistachio Syrup
(Equal parts sugar and water, 1/2 cup of crushed pistachios) 4 drops Rose Water
4 Drops Rose Water
EQUIPMENT
Shaker
Cocktail Glass
PROCEDURE
Heat sugar and water until sugar has dissolved.
Place around 20 pistachios (without shells).
Simmer for around 6 minutes.
Place all ingredients in a Boston Shake and shake about 10 seconds.
Strain, garnish with rose petals and serve.
